SPIRIT
Do something great.
Spirit's objective is to transform the education sector, to boost professionals’ skills, and enable them to prosper in new and advancing industries using technologies.
Achieving this takes effort, dedication, talent, coordination, partnerships and ensuring greatness in every detail.
Greatness means continuously growing.
Greatness means developing innovative ideas.
Greatness means meeting the standards set by our history, heritage, and ancestors.
Greatness means working with partners, instructors and students that want to have a positive impact on society and people.
Greatness starts in the Spirit of each LUV apprentice.
Spirit has created a new standard for education and employment and technology. In order to renew the global standards set for education, we have broken down language and distance barriers to connect first-rate education that includes robots, cobots and drones - connecting with people worldwide.
We do this using trailblazing technology that allows us to focus on the student/apprentice/employee experience.
Education changes the world, and empowers individuals
At Spirit we are convinced that education has the power to change the world. This belief has allowed us to partner with the best facilitators, educators, and partner organizations, as well as access to experts in various fields of knowledge, worldwide at any time. Togeher we can learn, unlearn, and relearn, achieving effective and equitable change.
Our unique vision of the future of education will allow us to lead in the technology, and EdTech sector.
Thanks to our advisers, experts, and alliances with the best we can design new programs for learning. This allows professionals to redefine their knowledge and adopt a mindset that prioritizes learning and planning for the future. This attitude is essential for creating opportunities for humans entering the fourth industrial revolution. No one should find themselves on the outside of the new labor market.

Spirit Technologies, LLC-B
providing adult education, outreach in communities, and technologies since 2010
Spirit of St. Louis
Spirit Technologies, LLC-B was formed in Missouri in 2010.
At that time, Spirit trained adult auditors and assessors across the State of Missouri. In Missouri , energy assessors were replacing insulation, windows, refrigeration systems, HVAC and other upgrades in low income housing projects across Missouri and the U.S.
Spirit created a live educational platform to assist the WAPTAC and energy auditors. Our first course was called "Energy Related Mold & Mildew" and the curriculum was part of the low income weatherization program.
Jefferson College and Spirit created the outreach, and together provided live on-site education. Spirit crisscrossed across the state, educating energy assessors, as well as providing community outreach across the state to promote energy efficiency and sustainability through education.

During that time, the University of Missouri's Engineering Department and Spirit created online MOODLE courses, and completed a Pilot program with the U.S. Department of Energy. Spirit became an ESME at MU. Spirit & MU's Agricultural department then tested a new LED with a red light spectrum on the growth patterns of the mustard seed. The new LED and spectrum not only kept aphids away, but provided rapid growth and reduction of infestation.
Spirit of Colorado
Spirit continued to educate adults and professionals through 2016 in Colorado, and other locations.
Coordinating with WAPTAC, Home Inspectors, Governor Nixon's office in Missouri, Governor Hickenlooper's office in Colorado, utility companies, solar professionals, energy professionals, and others, Spirit educated auditors, home inspectors, and WAPTAC, FEMA inspectors and others on energy efficiency, climate change reduction, U.S. Department of Energy programs and the Home as a System through 2016.
Spirit of America
Over the years, Spirit's various technologies have created jobs, educated adults, implemented pilot programs, and in 2023 will start the USDOL L.U.V National Apprenticeship Program.
Spirit continues to provide adult education to professionals and industries that will help people create a new career path.
Over the years, Spirit helped create job paths and careers. Working with the Wounded Warrior Clinic at Walter Reed Hospital, began Spirit's LUV of robotics, and creating job programs to help people. Spirit worked with NAVSEA (Walter Reed Battalions), military personnel and others to provide adult education and career paths for Veterans.
Spirit Today
Spirit is in the process of opening classrooms and educating adults in robotics, cobotics, culinary arts, arts, science, self-paced courses and much more, beginning in Houston, Texas and Central Texas.
Over the past 13 years, Spirit has created a new 21st Century National Registered Apprenticeship called the Licensed Unmanned Vehicle Pilot Certificate, that includes 2000 hours of core curriculum. The 24 month apprenticeship & pre-apprenticeship is launching in 2023.
In 2024 Spirit is introducing Drone Arenas to our nation's youth, adding 6-12th grade online distant learning, additional collegiate programs, FAA Safety programs, providing adult continuing education as well as a new 21st Century LUV venue with robotics, Cobotics, entertainment and great food made by our students at a low cost to consumers.
Spirit - Do Something Great!
Drone Arenas/E-Sports/STEM/Drone Football
Spirit realized Drone Arenas in the US are limited to schools and not the general public, and very expensive, using DJI Drones. As a USDOL apprenticeship, Spirit did not want DJI Drones. The safety was not being used, injuries were taking place. Not acceptable in our world.
Spirit determined there needs to be an inexpensive option for all ages wanting to play with drones in E-Sports and arenas, as well as education for future pilots. LuvFrog arenas allow all ages to learn, experience, and enjoy the world of drones and robotics.
Visions. Do Something Great.
Spirit has been my vision for the past 13 years. Lots of unanswered prayers and LUV created this. This is my purpose. I love education, drones, cobots, robots, and my dog, SPOT.
My love of robotics started with working with Wounded Warriors at Walter Reed. They inspired me.
The programs Spirit created allow a student to go through some advanced training, and immediately into employment, with additional studies while employed. It is a program where everyone works together, but mostly remotely. It allows those in wheelchairs to do something great. It helps our country in the process.
LUV creates jobs, increases US manufacturing, implements safety in drones and aerospace, as well as creates a new 21st Century workforce in robots, cobots and drones.
I strongly support Veterans and Veteran families. My father was a U.S. Navy Chief, on nuclear subs. He served in three wars. I strongly support Veterans and thank each of you for allowing me to have the freedom to create this. If not for your service and sacrifice I may have been on a different path.
